WannaGambles

WannaGambles is the largest thing I run. It's a community and rewards platform built around a single idea: every casino partner exposes its data differently, so I built one pipeline that normalises all of them into the same shape.

Under the hood there's a unified integration layer that ingests live wager data from more than a dozen partners — CSGORoll, CSGOGem, PackDraw, Degen, Chicken.gg, LuxDrop, CSGOWin and others. Each one is a different API with its own auth, rate limits and quirks, and they all feed the same leaderboards, VIP ladder, milestone payouts and a unified reward ledger.

On top of the data layer sits the product: recurring leaderboards that auto-spawn their successors, a VIP points system, a notification centre that mirrors sync events into Discord, a Kick chat bot, account linking across partners, and player-managed teams that compete on combined wager.

It's a Next.js app on Postgres, deployed as a Docker stack on my own VPS behind a Cloudflare tunnel. Everything is real data, end to end — no mock numbers anywhere in the product.
